No. Plans are based on the amount of review activity, records, storage, retention, notifications, and team features your organization needs.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes. You can move from monthly to annual billing when your team is ready.

What happens when I exceed my plan limits?

Starter, Team, and Business continue with usage-based overage charges after their included rule checks, decision threads, signed approvals, or storage are exceeded. Foresight requests are hard capped for every plan and cannot incur overages. Developer Pilot is hard capped and does not incur overages.

Is there a time limit on the free tier?

The Developer Pilot tier is free with no time limit. Upgrade when your organization needs more decision threads, more agent workflows, longer retention, or bulk export.

Which plans include Slack?

Every plan, including the free Developer Pilot, includes Slack notifications.
